Black Girls Mahjong, Too! (BGMJ²) is a vibrant, welcoming, Atlanta-based community where folks come together to connect, learn, and play through the timeless game of Mahjong. We host stylish, joy-filled experiences—from beginner-friendly lessons and leagues to social pop-ups, retreats, and travel—centered on culture, wellness, and sisterhood. At BGMJ², the table is a place of laughter, strategy, and belonging—where play is purposeful and community always wins. 🀄️✨

While Black Girls Mahjong, Too! (BGMJ²) centers Black women and their experiences, participation is not limited by race, background, ethnicity,age, gender or identity. Our events, lessons, and experiences are open to all who respect the space, the culture, and the community.

We intentionally create environments that prioritize inclusion, warmth, and mutual respect—where Black women are centered, but no one is excluded. Non-exclusive means community over gatekeeping, shared joy over separation, and a table big enough for everyone who comes in good faith.
